Guidelines for Presentation of Contributions

Online

Oral Presentations: With or without the use of slides. The estimated presentation time will be 15 minutes. Presentations will be held in sequence, and at the end of the session there will be time for discussion. The activity will take place on the Microsoft Teams platform. The access link will be sent by email the day before.

Short Course: With or without the use of slides. The estimated total duration will be 60 minutes. The activity will take place on the Microsoft Teams platform. The access link will be sent by email the day before.

Workshops: With or without the use of slides. The estimated total duration will be 60 minutes. The activity will take place on the Microsoft Teams platform. The access link will be sent by email the day before.

Book Launches: With or without the use of slides. The estimated time allocated for each book presentation will be 15 minutes. The activity will take place on the Microsoft Teams platform. The access link will be sent by email the day before.

In-person

Oral Presentations: With or without the use of slides. The estimated presentation time will be 15 minutes. Presentations will be held in sequence, and at the end of the session there will be time for discussion. Room equipped with projector and sound system.

Performances: The estimated total time for presentation and discussion will be up to 60 minutes. Enclosed room with 60m² and capacity for 150 people. 

Films/Documentaries: Estimated total time of 60 minutes for screening and discussion. Room equipped with projector and sound system, with capacity for 70 people.

Short Course: With or without the use of slides. The estimated total duration will be 60 minutes. Room equipped with projector and sound system. Registration for the short courses will take place at the time of check-in, according to the number of spots available for each instructor.
